Can I walk in/booking a session for today?

We do not accept walk-ins. Bookings for tufting workshops are required to be made at least one day ahead.
Do I pay upfront or after the session?/ Why do I have to enter my card?

Payments will be collected after the session on the day. When you book we ask for your card infos in case of no-shows but we won't charge from it. If you wish to pay upfront, please save your card info and leave a note with us when you book.
What if I can't finish my work within the allocated time? Will there be an extra charge?

We are happy to allow more time for you if there's no upcoming appointment, or we can help to finish them for you. And there won't be extra charge applied.
Can two people work on one tufting piece together?

If you wish to complete one work by two people together, please select "Booking for 1 Person" and leave a message to let us know :)
Who can't join this class?

Attendees must be over 12 years old for safety consideration. Our tufting machine is around 1.5kg, and there will be fluffs created in the space during the session. If you have any relative allergies or physical difficulties, please consider carefully or get in touch with us before you book.
How long would it take to receive my piece?

For standard process we will finalise your tufting works within a week and notify you by email. Store pickups and delivery options are available. Our pick up window opens from 1pm-6pm by Wednesdays to Sundays. (We are closed on Monday and Tuesday) If you are in a rush or come from a long way, we also offer Express Finishing for mini and small sizes [cushions and mirrors excluded], that allows you to pick up on the same day.
What it your maximum capacity for a group?

We can accommodate maximum 6 people. For a group of 5 or 6 people, we will make it as a Private Session.
Cancellation & Reschedule

Cancellation and reschedule requests are accepted at least 1 day before your appointment. Or you may be charged a cancellation fee by 50% of the total amount of the session.
What is the cost and how to book?

Our pricing varies depending on the size you select, online bookings are required before you attend. Each participant will have your own tufting work. If you wish to complete one work by two people together, please select "Book for 1 piece" and leave a message to let us know :)
What's your reschedule & cancellation policy for term classes?

Please noted that we do not accept cancellations for parts or the whole term unless for a medical reason or extenuating circumstances. If there's any slots available we can reschedule or substitute part of the classes. No refunds will be provided.

How many works am I able to make in a term?

There is no limits on quantity while the biggest you can make is up to 70x70cm.

Do you sell physical gift cards?

We only have e-gift card for purchase at this moment. It will be sent through email to the recipient with a unique bar code and number for uses.
Where can I put in my gift card detail when I book for Experience Class?

Your gift card will be applied for checkout after the session on the day. By booking you are required to put in your credit/debit card details to secure your spots while we won't charge from it unless there's a no show.
Why my gift card is not able to use for Term Class payment?

Due to system integration, Gift Cards purchased before 1st July 2023 are not able to redeem directly for Term Class Booking. Please fill out the Old Gift Card Redemption Form and we will send you a new voucher code via email for future uses.
How long does the gift card value?

Your gift card will not expire as long as the business is in operation.
