Q: What it your maximum capacity for a group?

A: We can accommodate maximum 6 people. For a group of 5 or 6 people, we will make it as a Private Session.

 

​Q: Do I have to bring a design with me or send it before I come?

A: We recommend sending your design before you come, which we can help draw it on canvas and allow more time for Tufting part. But you are welcome to keep a few more options on your phone or choose you design upon arrival. Please refer to our Design Guide to find out more.

Q: Who can't join this class?

A: Attendees must be over 12 years old for safety consideration. Our tufting machine is around 1.5kg, and there will be fluffs created in the space during the session. If you have any relative allergies or physical difficulties, please consider carefully or get in touch with us before you book.

Q: Do I pay upfront or after the session?

A: Payments will be collected after the session on the day. When you book we ask for your card infos in case of no-shows but we won't charge from it. If you wish to pay upfront, please save your card info and leave a note with us when you book.

Q: Can I walk in/book a session for today?

A: Bookings are required to be made at least 18 hours ahead. 

​

Q: What's your reschedule & cancellation policy?

A: Requests are accepted at least 24 hours before your booked time or you may be charged a 50% cancellation fee.

​

Q: What if I can't finish my work within the allocated time? Will there be an extra charge?

A: We are happy to allow more time for you if there's no upcoming appointment, or we can help to finish them for you. And there won't be extra charge applied.
